We operate an email mailing list system, to communicate with our subscribers.
Any user who provides his/ her contact details though our website and/ or social media accounts is automatically considered eligible to be added to our mailing list.
Users who sign up using our contact forms, give us their consent to do so. Any personal information provided is collected, processed, managed and stored in accordance with the DPA and GDPR Regulations.
Subscribers have the liberty to unsubscribe at any time, without having to obtain either the data collector’s or any third-party’s approval, unless agreed to otherwise.
The type of content that subscribers will receive is clearly mentioned at the point of subscription.
Whether or not the emails sent might contain third party content, has been clearly specified at the point of subscription. Email messages might contain beacons, clickable links or installed code, to track the recipients’ involvement with it. The website owners do not provide any links that refer to unsafe, irrelevant or inappropriate sites. The owners use outbound links for the sole purpose of citing credible sources to factual information mentioned throughout the site.

Social Media Policy & Usage
We adopt a Social Media Policy to ensure our business and our staff conduct themselves accordingly online. However, users must note that the views and statements expressed by our staff on private social media accounts are not necessarily agreed to by the company’s board, regardless of whether or not the private account’s post says so.
